HydroNor acquires small hydro plant Husstøl

The 0.85 MW Husstøl power plant in Hjelmland municipality was acquired by the financial vehicle HydroNor AS

Husstøl kraftverk is located in Hjelmland municipality in Rogaland county. The plant was bought from a bankruptcy estate and had been out of operation for some time. Captiva performed all the technical and other due diligences during the acquisition phase, and has put the plant back in normal operation. The technical and commercial operations will be managed and performed by Captiva.
